Radio Communications – The Radio Communications systems consists of a complete range of leading manufacturer’s equipment compliant with the GMDSS regulation, and all other SOLAS requirements. Comm. Eqt. configuration mainly depends on the vessels’ Navigation Area (GMDSS defines 4 different areas, known as A1, A2, A3, A4).
